Absurdly Easy Grilled Chicken Tacos

In the mood for Mexican?  These easy grilled chicken tacos require little effort and will satisfy your craving.  Chicken breasts are flavored with taco seasoning and lime before being cooked on the grill.  Place your slices of grilled chicken into a warm soft tortilla and top with your favorite condiments.  If you want to eat your taco street style, sprinkle on chopped cilantro and onion with a drizzle of salsa.
 
 
Ingredients:
 
Juice from 1 lime
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Lettuce as needed
Cheese as needed
Tomatoes as needed
 
Directions:
 
Heat grill. Combine taco seasoning, lime juice and oil in small bowl; mix well. Brush seasoning mixture onto chicken breasts.
 
When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill four to six inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
 
Slice chicken into strips, spoon into shells that have been heated according to package directions. Top as desired with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and salsa or taco sauce.
 
This recipe yields 12 tacos.
