Isabelle Mazzoni

Hello everyone,

My name is Isabelle Mazzoni. I live in San Francisco, CA. for the past 11 years.
I was born in France raised in Italian families. I spent most of my childhood feasting on my mom and grandmother’s food, the best chefs I ever known.

My palate has been trained by family dinners, restaurants, from the best tables in the world to street food, I’ll try anything once and I am always looking for new things.

I believe in foodgasms and very often you will find me behind a stove trying to concoct the perfect recipe for a perfect meal. My ingredients: Handful of Friends, good ingredients, a good dose of passion and cover that to simmer with a few bottles of wine!

If I am not in my kitchen, out teaching cooking classes or certainly taking pictures somewhere.

What’s cooking on my stove?
You will find me in a small kitchen in the Castro in San Francisco. On Sunday morning you will smell some egg dish with toast; Benedict, sunny side up, omelette, scrambled, it doesn’t matter.
In winter, my french roots are crying for Soupe à l’oignon, Blanquette de veau, Choucroute... I am known for a mean Boeuf Bourguignon and Lasagna
