Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1/4 pound Pork Sausage

1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

To Taste Ground Pepper

1 1/4 cups Half And Half

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 jar , (12 Oz) Chili Sauce

1 jar , (12 Oz) Grape Jelly

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.

Mix Chili sauce and grape jelly.

Before serving, mix in a crock pot and heat. Add meat balls.
