Pinwheel Cake and Cream

Ingredients

1 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and p
1 cup Thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 teaspoon Grated orange rind
1 small Peach or nectarine, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pound cake loaf (about 12-oz), cut into slices
2 cups Summer fruit (see note)

Preparation

PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach.

ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve.

NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or sliced peaches, nectarines or plums.
