Step 1 |
Heat medium saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up meat with spoon, until beef is browned. |
Step 2 |
Add tomato sauce, carrot, water, wine and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley. |
