Fried Rice With Shrimp and Ham

Ingredients

1 pch salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup uncooked medium shrimp peeled, deveined, cut into ½-inchpieces
2 teaspoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup diced ham
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
2 tablespoons diced carrot
2 tablespoons frozen peas thawed
3 cups cooked rice (about 1 cup uncooked)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Additional soy sauce

Whisk eggs with pinch of salt until blended. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok
