Hash-Brown Casserole

Ingredients

2 cans cream of potato soup (10 ¾ oz. ea.) undiluted
1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
teaspoon garlic salt
1 pkt frozen hashbrown potatoes (20 oz.)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and garlic salt. Add potatoes, cheddar cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9x12-inch baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 55 to 60 minutes.

Makes 12 to 16 servings.

This casserole is very easy to fix and a real crowd pleaser.
