Put one wafer, flat side down in each paper cupcake holder. Mix softened cream cheese then beat in 4 eggs. Add 1 cup sugar; mix well. Add vanilla and beat again. Pour into prepared cupcake holders. Bake 350 degrees 15-20 minutes. When cool, top off with your choice. Keep refrigerated. Makes 24
