Baked Peach Pudding

Ingredients

3 cups Fresh peaches -- thinly
Sliced
2 cups Milk
pn Salt
1 cup Dark brown sugar
2 Eggs -- beaten
1/4 cup Sweet butter
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Scald milk, stir hot milk into bread crumbs. Add butter and mix well. Add salt, brown sugar, eggs cinnamon, stir into bread crumb mixture. Fold in peaches. butter a casserole dish, pour in pudding mixture and bake 1 hour. serve with whipped cream, sour cream, ice
