Earl Grey Cupcakes
In a small pan, heat milk with tea.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in candied orange rind if desired.
Spoon batter into cupcake papers, filling cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
Or, dust with powdered sugar.
