Wanda Rybak

Wanda has been a vegetarian for almost a decade. Two years ago, she began experimenting with a vegan diet and stuck with it, finding it gave her more energy and a general sense of well being. She moved from Cleveland, Ohio to Seattle, Wash. a year ago in pursuit of a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. Her interests include reading about, thinking about, cooking and of course eating vegan food. She comes from a Polish family and is constantly trying to perfect vegan versions of her favorite Polish recipes.
