Garlic and Oil Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
15 lrg garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1/2 cup parsley, fresh, finely
pepper, black
1/4 cup parmesan, grated

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with hot pasta in a serving bowl. Mix in cheese, if used.

Recommended pasta: 3/4 pound spaghetti or spaghettini
