I'm just a young guy with an interest in strange food and too much time on my hands. I do like to cook, and have tried making my own style recipes since I was a kid. Some of them should be listed under the strange food category, but most of it wasn't bad.
Now, between college classes, I get to look for all the crazy food related stuff that everyone loves to talk about, and write it all down for you to read.
